Project Overview

As one of the largest retail developments in Iraq, Al Jadriya Mall required a high level of engineering coordination and execution control. BT-ASI was appointed to deliver the complete façade package, assuming full responsibility for design development, engineering calculations, detailed system engineering, fabrication, and installation. The façade works were complemented by the full delivery of skylight systems, including engineering, fabrication, and installation, as well as stainless steel handrails for both indoor and outdoor applications. BT-ASI's scope also included the supply and installation of HPL cubicle systems across all washrooms within the mall, contributing to the functional performance, safety, and architectural quality of the project. Through this integrated scope, BT-ASI acted as a single technical and execution partner, ensuring coordination across systems, accuracy in fabrication, and controlled on-site installation.
